Forest Glen South borders the north side SE Lake Youngs Way and west of 140th Ave. SE.

This development includes several smaller developments, built in the mid-1980s into the '90s. This is a newer portion, built in late 1990 and early 2000.

Fairwood, a friendly bedroom community is a short commute to a variety of Puget Sound locations, including a 30-45 minute commute to Downtown Seattle.
